I certainly that the information I have provided to the foregoing questions is true and correct, and that no attempt has been made to conceal pertinent information. I authorize my former employers, schools, and personal references to provide any information they may have regarding me, whether or not it is in their records. If employment is obtained under this application, I will comply will allures and regulations of the Company. I agree to be responsible for, and return in good condition, any and all Company property and equipment issued to me by this Company until returned. The first 90 days of employment are considered probationary period during which, at any time, the Company may terminate my employment if it is determined I am not suited for Do-nut store environment. Further, I hereby understand and agree that my employment, both during and after such probationary period is at will, that nothing in this application or in any other Company document shall be deemed to create any contract of employment between me and the company, and that my employment can be terminated at any time by myself or the Company for any or no cause; employment beyond the probationary period shall not result in any heightened expectation of continued employment.
